I just went today to stock up on soap! They had these cute little boxes of matches they were including with every candle purchase! I thought it was a cute extra touch and would look great wrapped with the candle too. The associate did say that any bath and body works store that has a white barn as part of it should have them.

On a different note….has anyone ever received an email back from the company regarding an issue with the shipping of the candles? I bought 3 last month and 1 of them completely shattered when I took it out of its box! I sent an email over 4 days ago and nothing!!!!
Hi! ! Can’t speak on the email bit, but I have called their Customer Service line recently (a few times pertaining to a particular order), due to the fact that the candle looked as if it had gone thru a beating and may have banged a bit at one of the soaps, causing it to burst and leak all over the entire order. The associate was absolutely wonderful and placed a replacement order almost immediately. Received the replacements and the soap had opened up during transit, so called again, and the associate was so lovely and placed a replacement order even though I insisted it wouldn’t be a problem to go to the physical shop and exchange for/ pick up a replacement so they wouldn’t have to waste $ on shipping it out. I’d definetly give them a ring and speak to someone over the phone and see what they can do for you. Wishing you the best!!! 🙂
Andrea, I also received a smashed candle in my online order, so I just took the broken mess and my receipt to a BB&W store and they gave me a new unbroken candle. 💗 However, this only works if you have a store in your area. :-/

I bought ablackcherry merlot candle smells nothing like black cherry it’s by white barn. I have one by bath and bodyworks it’s had been burned to liquid several times and it still smells better than th e brand white barn. I know I can’t return it but just wante d you to know it’s hirrible
