I will never again buy from reebok. The last good same they had for bogo for a penny has been a complete wreck! I order two shoes and got one very fast, shipping for second out which was the oennybone never shipped and a few weeks later it got canceled. I called and complaint how it was the penny shoe that was canceled and the lady offered a 40% off and price adjustment to a penny. I went ahead a couple of week later placed another order on the phone with a different lady and she put the wrong email. I never got any emails about my second order at all. Once I called to see what was up, shoes gets deliver , guy tells me refund was already processed and had to wait. Meanwhile my car hasn’t been at all refunded and it’s been 10 days already. One other guy said the $18.93 I paid was the price adjustment. 🤔😩 worst customer service ever!
