I didn’t get the email but a code was linked to my account and applied when I went to check out. I think you already had to be a reward member and have made prior purchases with Zappos. Also, as someone above stated, the code is tied to your account so you can’t share it.

if you go to checkout and go to pay it should apply automatically and it will say $30 promotional balance

At what point at checkout did your discount apply? I receive Zappos emails, but didn’t get this coupon. Try to purchase an item and it asked for my credit card info. I didn’t see anywhere where I had this coupon on my account.
