At the end of June we purchased 2 of these. I’ve read so many wonderful reviews but we’re very disappointed in ours. The fabric covering the part of the seat where my baby’s legs go has pilled terribly. At the rate the fabric was deteriorating, these wouldn’t last a year. I called Graco. It took 45 minutes before my call was taken, only to explain this problem to them for another 45 minutes. As a busy mom, it’s hard to find that much time in the day to dedicate to a phone call. I had to mail it back in my own box and wait 5-7 business days for a new one. I still have to call on the 2nd seat and am dreading the process. The cup holders also pop off very easily. I do not recommend this car seat.
