I am not a RedCard holder and I received the catalog and coupon today. However, we have a toddler and so we spend a lot on toys and kid items, online and in Target stores. I am sure they most likely know their shopper demographics at this point and who to mail things too.

same here. never get anything from Target unless its the bill. these must be mailed to certain neighborhoods – based on demographics. and I suppose my area doesn’t fit i the demo Target wants.

I use to spend couple hundred on my Redcard & I didn’t receive mailers hardly. Recently I’ve stopped shopping there for a few months & when I did my red card balance was about $50. Target is suddenly sending me mailers w/ coupons. I’ve received the last 2 mailers but there were nothing good. Mailers use to have freebie items.
I too have a Target Redcard and shop there at least 2x a month. Have never received a catalog or coupons but my neighbor who rarely shops there and does not have a credit card or kids gets the coupons all the time. NOT FAIR!!
This makes me feel better. I didn’t get one either, and I’ve had a red card since they opened in my neighborhood (and definitely use it on a monthly, if not weekly basis). I got a catalog last year, so I was thinking maybe it got delivered to my neighbors this year and they never passed it along.
