I’d caution people with purchasing this brand of rain boots. I bought three pairs of Chatties rain boots from Zulily for my kids and WOW the sizing is awful. My twin boys just started wearing a size 11 shoe and I got the 11/12 boots for them, thinking it’d give them an extra year. They just *barely* fit into them now. They will not get more than a few months out of them. However, my daughter wears a size 13, so I got her the size 13/1 and they are about 2″ longer than the 11/12! They are comparable to some size 3Y rainboots I have from Carters. I’m able to return, but have to pay return shipping, which is nearly the price of one pair of boots. I advise you to pay with PayPal, because Zulily’s site says that PayPal can reimburse you the cost of return shipping should you need to return an item.
