   I tried to order 2 ornaments with the IPSY30 code, but it states it is not a valid code. What am I missing?

  How odd, I just tested and was able to apply code IPSY30 to the ornament above. Are you by chance using a mobile device? Sometimes that can cause issues. If not, be sure to check again in a different browser. Hoping this helps!

   The code worked for me, but only when an item not part of the Flash Sale was in the cart. When I put a full-price item with the sale item, the code applied to the whole cart. Is there a purchase minimum perhaps, or another requirement?

   Make sure you don’t have a space in the code when you use it. When I first copied it, I had to backspace one time. That would cause the code not to work.
