Eating Low Carb or Keto and LOVE chocolate? ๐Ÿซ

Keto Fat Bombs are a popular small snack/treat and way to curb sugar cravings while eating a low carb lifestyle. They are high in “good for you” fats like coconut oil, which is part of this high fat, low carb way of eating.

There are so many different recipes for fat bombs floating around the internet, so today I’m sharing this yummy nut butter and chocolate combo that taste similar to Reese’s peanut butter cups candy, but just not quite as sweet. They are so easy to make and only contain four ingredients!

Almond Butter Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs

Use these small low carb treats to curb cravings when eating a Keto lifestyle.

Serves: 16

  • Step 1:

Stir all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.

  • Step 2:

Microwave for about 20 seconds or until ingredients are fully melted. Stir well to combine. You can alternatively do this on the stove.

  • Step 3:

Pour mixture into mini baking cups or small silicone candy molds.

  • Step 4:

Place in the freezer until frozen.

  • Step 5:

Eat one as a satisfying snack/treat. Keep Keto Bombs in a covered Tupperware container in freezer or fridge so they will stay solid.

This recipe made 16 small bite-sized treats for me. For nutritional info, click through to original recipe post. It should be around 2 carbs or less per bite depending on size of your molds and brands of ingredients used.

These are so GOOD!ย

They don’t taste super bitter like other Keto treats I’ve tested. I love the idea of keeping small bites of chocolate around for those moments when you just need a small treat!

If chocolate isn’t your thing, my Keto eating sidekick, Michelle, says she LOVES these Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs, and sometimes uses raspberries instead. They look tasty as well! ๐Ÿ˜‹
