Isn’t it up to the manager’s of each individual store to set clearance prices? That’s my understanding. I think that means prices can vary widely, even within same city.

That never happens around my area until AFTER Halloween. I worked Customer Service for 8 years until I decided to be a SAHM recently.

I just searched Halloween snacks on the Walmart app and looked at the prices at the stores in my area all regular price in in and around Richmond Virginia
