Stalked that page for 30 minutes, refreshed the last five minutes before 9:00, then was able to add it to cart, then tried to check out, and it said my cart was empty. They must have had 50 to sell. Ridiculous.

I was able to purchase one, and just got the confirmation email. Surprised to say the least….i tries all last season and wasn’t able to get the classic console. Hubby will be surprised on Christmas! Keep trying everyone!!

Was is the same boat as everyone else, but it looks like they weren’t fully live. Was Just able to snag one now; if the page has a quantity marker next to the add to cart button, at this point you should be golden.
I was able to get one just now. I also tried to place an order, received two errors about my shipping method, and then was told it was out of stock. While on the phone with Target to express my annoyance, I saw that the ‘Add to Cart’ option was back, so I tried adding the item again to my cart and was able to fully place my order! It still shows ‘Add to Cart’ on the item page for me, even after placing my order. I suspect they maybe had some technical difficulties at first.

When it went live it did the same thing to me… I had it in my cart but when I went to pay it said no longer available. I was frustrated and walked away but just went back about 20 minutes later to try again and I got one!

Super disappointed, I had one in my cart and was to the point of placing order and then got kicked out and then told sold out. What an absolute joke. Why even bother selling these if you are going to have that limited of an amount. They should have just sent them to the stores and at least maybe you get lucky and score one there.

Same here! Applied for a REDcard and waited for it to go live and got all the way to check out and POOF! Yanked from my cart.
Tried a few more times furiously and had the same thing happen, so I had pretty much given up.(and was pissed I now had another credit card I had no intention of using)
For some random reason 5 minutes later, I went back in to Target’s site and was able to add it to cart and check out!
I couldn’t believe I finally scored one of these babies but I have an order confirmation that says so- Fingers crossed!

Sounds like most people had no luck with this online. Just a heads up, I actually got one at Target today. I got a tip from a friend of mine. Keep calling your local targets. Mine got a shipment of about 12 in but they didn’t advertise it online or anything you had to call them to find out. And when I went to the electronics you have to specifically ask them for it, they don’t keep it out on the shelves. So if you’re looking for one keep calling your local target and find out when they get their shipments in and keep trying that way!
