I agree just buy a white t-shirt and use markers!
We did this one year for my dad! My kids enjoyed using fabric markers, we included a couple of hot wheels cars and my dad LOVED it!

I made this for my husband a few years ago and had our son give it to him for Christmas. There was a free pattern I found on Pinterest. Just used fabric markers to trace on a plain white tee! Hubby loved the “free massage” 😂
