I think it’s only certain items.
I believe so – because it’s a separate order for pick-up. I have email confirmations for each of my orders and they all include $5 kohls cash for pick-up.

The Big One Supersoft Plush Throws are great. They are 60×72. We have 3 of them. They wash up really well. On Black Friday, they will be $8.99. However, right now they are $19.99.
