I still don’t understand why these are a hit, what is the appeal?
I don’t get it either, yet this is the top gift both of my kids are asking for.
Ok so last year I was that mom that was saying that this is way to expensive for what it is… however my dad bought one of these new glittering garden ones for here birthday in July… it was really COOL when it was hatching… u would tap the egg and it tapped back in the same exact pattern and than once it hatches you had different challenges to unlock for the hatchimal to do more… hth

My daughter got this for her birthday recently and she only played with it couple days. I guess it depends on the kids. she wanted so bad but she lost interest quick. Not sure it was worth the price.

For those who have or have researched the original hatchimal and the twin hatchimal … which do you think is better? Trying to decide for my daughter.
I youtubed both of them and decided to go with an original one for my 5 year old. To me they are cuter and she liked that they are bigger. The twins interact which is cute but they don’t peck their way out of the shell like the originals from what I saw.
