  The entire set (including the sheets) is made of polyester, so no thread count. I ordered one of these before and returned it. The comforter was too thin for our Midwest winters, and the sheets were cheap, thin, and slippery. It would be fine for a guest bedroom. Just not something I could sleep on every day.
