I have it and highly recommend it! My dad snagged it from me to use for his shoulder pain. I’m definitely getting another one for him for Christmas. The heat is wonderful as well.

I ordered this a few weeks ago (as a xmas gift my dad could give me since he says Im hard to shop for). I tried it immediately to make sure I actually would use it. I DIDNT like it. Its really only good for the neck even thou they show other ways to use it. I found the lower back very uncomfortable. The heat is nice but I didn’t like that you really have to have your arms in the sling thing and with some pressure to make it work well. I wanted something to use while sitting in bed watching TV and working on projects. Since you have to have your arms wrapped in it, you cant really work on projects. Mine said returns where available at purchase but when I went in to Amazon I got some message about needing freight to return. Im going to sell on ebay. Even bought the 2 year warranty. š
