I’ve had a Blendtec for YEARS. When the motor died, they sent me a new replacement unit super fast — they stand behind their products unflinchingly. I can’t say enough good things about their products or the company. This kind of blender is not just for smoothies. I make cashew “cream cheese” (plant-based spread), soup, sauce, and so much more in this thing. I love, love, love Blendtec.
How cool! Thanks so much for the awesome feedback Maggie!! Great to hear how many yummy items you have been able to make!
Will there be better deals or should I wait? My old blender still works but I’d love to eventually upgrade to Blendtec. Would like a great deal though.
I don’t recall seeing them cheaper than this. They run $299 specials on refurbished models from time to time, but finding them under $250 is pretty rare, I think.
Costco just had a similar deal last month. And in September. So deals are fairly often on new and refurbs. But this is a good deal regardless.
I love the food props for the blender photos! Who blends a whole piece of pie? maybe I should try it.
This is currently selling on Amazon fr $220. So this is not a deal.
Hi there! I am seeing a used blender like this on Amazon for $220 but I am not seeing a brand new blender for this price.
Oh yeah, I see that one now. Thanks for pointing that out.
Is this better than Vita Mix? Or the same quality?
Laura, they’re very similar. VM got hit with a massive court judgment for using Blendtec’s innovation without permission (patent infringement):

Vitamix has very sharp & unsafe blades so I prefer Blendtec
It appears that Groupon has this same blender (new in box) for $224.99) and that price is said to end 11/20.
Thanks for the heads up Jeremy!
The code is not working. Is anyone else having this issue?
