It just worked for me. I used my phone to sign up. Said I would get a conformation email and referred a friend.

I don’t think so. The email only said my entry for a mini sample was received and confirmed entry for a chance to win a years supply.
Guess this means there’s no guarantee you will receive a sample even if the submission went through ?!

Make sure you don’t forget to click that you’re 18 or older. I thought mine was frozen too until I saw I had to click that box. Once I did that, they said to watch for confirmation email.
