This vacuum is amazing!!! We ordered ours from the Shark website about 7 months ago and paid almost $500!!! We have 4 cats and a dog and this vacuum sucks all the hair up and makes our carpet look new again! I highly recommend it!

I purchased mine from Costco over a month ago for $199. Best. Vacuum. EVER! It’s better than our Dyson that choked. So easy to use and lightweight but powerful suction! I’m gushing like a school girl over a vacuum cleaner, lol. That’s how much I love it!

Yes it does! Thats the reason I bought mine & I love it! with 2 dogs & two little dogs our floors need daily cleaning & this is the best little vacuum out there!

Just an FYI, Kohl’s hassle free return policy regarding my Shark Professional NV501 vacuum yesterday was fantastic. My vacuum was nearly 4 years old when it stopped working, so I contacted Shark customer care who told me that I must contact Kohls to return the product under the 5 year limited warranty. I took the original receipt and my vacuum into Kohls last night,no box, along with my skeptical husband who couldn’t quite believe that Kohls would swap my old vacuum for a shiny new one. Luckily they had the same model in store and I was able to do an even exchange. Great customer service, so happy!!

We love our Shark Vacuum! I also just wanted to add that they have excellent customer service. I had an issue with my first one clicking back together and it sounded like plastic parts broke inside and then it wouldn’t stay together anymore. I contacted them and they sent me a box to ship my broken one back in and a brand new/upgraded TruePet Vacuum FOR FREE! I was very impressed. When our house was broken into someone actually stole my vacuum–guess they knew it was a good one too! I bought the same exact vacuum–this is a good deal for this one! I paid around $300 for mine.
