   I have a Bowflex purchased from Walmart.com on a clearance sale about a year ago — and I love it. It does take up a lot of space, but the bench folds up easily if you want to get it out of the way. It’s good for people starting out because you can do very low weight and add incrementally in 5 lb. units every week or two. You can configure it to work your entire core, lower body, and upper body — the manual shows you how to do it. I can get in a good weight-training workout in just 30 min (plus cardio & stretching).

   Hey there this is kind of of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding knowledge so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
