We have this set, bought from Amazon about 6 years. ago. Still going strong! I admit, I’m getting tired of plain white by this point, but they are still looking almost new, so they will be around a while.
Good to know how well they have held up! Thanks for sharing!
I purchased the bowl set before Thanksgiving. These bowls are small. I have been searching for the bigger bowls that used to come in their dinner sets. It seems they only sell these small bowls now.
Thanks for your review! Good to know!
The sell the bigger bowls at my Walmart but you have to buy them individually. They are not in a set. In my opinion these are the perfect size for cereal bowls.
They have the 28 oz bowl as well. I saw three different kinds for $4.62 each. There is a 1 qt serving bowl as well for $7.49. Not sure if this is a great price or not though.
Hi. Picked up the dinner plates. I appreciate the review on the bowls being a little small.
If you live near a ShopRite they have these sets of 6 plates on sale for $9.99 right now. They have the 10.25” & the 8.5” both for $9.99/set of 6.
Thanks GM, appreciate the heads-up!
We have these dishes and love them. The bowls are average size in my opinion in case you are thinking about getting them 🙂
Purchased these last year for my college bound daughter on deal posted in hip2save for Target. One of the Plates was chipped and I contacted company and they sent brand new one-I was super impressed with their customer service and the fact that they are US based. Would highly recommend these plates 😊
Good to know how helpful their customer service is!! Thanks for sharing Amy!
We have a set of plain white ones that we have had for 20+ years and they are AMAZING!!!!
I have white corelles with some green ivy on the border for almost 20 years now, still looking great and only one plate chipped for being dropped too many times in the sink. I recently replaced them with Fiesta ware and when my 21 year old came home from college for thanksgiving, he said ” oh mom! You finally got great taste in dishes!” Lol!
Word of caution – there has been reports that Corelle diningware has a possible risk of exploding into shards. You can read up about it. Make sure you don’t put any extremely hot or cold liquids into your set and then placing it on top of anything liquid. It might set off the explosion. This is not true of the much older Corelle diningware since they were produced using different materials.
That happened to a friend of mine with her OLDER (30-40 year old) set of Corelle, which 1 break in all that time isn’t too bad, although possibly a bit scary.
I’ve had OTHER glass bowls break in the microwave. I guess it can happen.
Ahh I guess tried and true porcelain is still the way to go. Light and durable, but oh so expensive.
I currently have Pfaltzgraff, but am really thinking of replacing with Corelle. So many of my Pfaltzgraff have chipped or have broken in half, and most of my mugs are without a handle now. They’re also thick and heavy. I’m looking forward to thin and light-weight Corelle, since there’s finally a pattern that is calling me!
The set is cheaper on target.com. I purchased 3 sets for a little over $60, which is $17 cheaper than Amazon price for the same dishes PLUS I also got 12 mugs! I’m so glad I double checked Target before I ordered from Amazon!

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up, Jess! I just added the set to the post. 🙂
I am in need of new dinnerware. Must be lightweight and definitely microwaveable. I have heavy and chipped stoneware, was advertised as microwave but is not. I don’t want all white. Any suggestions on what to purchase? Corelle would be one I would consider if I could find a good pattern. Any suggestions? Thanks!
