Yay! I’ve been waiting for a big one to show up! Those smaller sets take my 12 year old all of 30 minutes! 🙂
I actually had this on my sons list too. Earlier this week I was on the hunt and sad that Lego.com was out of it but it made me look elsewhere. I found it at our local Barnes and Noble for the same price and did in store pickup…. was going to pick it up and looked on line one last time and it was on Target.com now.. paid with my redcard and saved 5% and then the tax was less for delivery than it would of been at the Barnes and Noble store so I purchased on Target this morning. I ordered from Lego.com a few weeks ago for some pieces we were missing and it took at least two weeks to arrive. Would make me nervous to order from them this close to Christmas.. just my 2Cents.
If you ordered pieces from their ‘pick a brick’, keep in mind that those require about a month in advance to order–it says on their website to order from that section by the end of November for Christmas delivery.
The last day for Christmas shipping from just lego.com is 12/20, so plenty of time! We have never had a late shipment from them, and have ordered sets for Christmas several times!
Just gave this to our son for his 12th birthday today…he was SUPER happy and excited!!
How fun! Happy Birthday to your son!
Yay finally got one!!! It has been sold out the last 3 times I tried.
Dear Lego, How exciting for you that Pablo Escobar also played with your product! Perhaps next time you decide to market the Saturn V, you might consider using models from this millennia….. just a suggestion. Still love our Harry Potter Lego set. With much love, Ed
