We just bought last week and we’re tajing it back. Total junk. Doesn’t lay flat so hard for kids to push it back up, and there’s no platform for the kids to use to get themselves up on it. Waste of $.

I let my $55 in kohls cash expire:(. I couldn’t decide what to buy then fell asleep early the night it expired🙈
While I was on hold the other night for 35 minutes, (Had no choice, there was a delivery/tracking issue) numerous times a message stated that you cannot use expired Kohl’s cash online but you CAN use it up to 10 days past the expiration date.

My local store said they give you a week extra to use it in store, you just can’t use it beyond expiration online. It would be worth checking in to if you have a store close by!

In Kohl’s customer service call message (while waiting for a rep to pick up), Kohl’s stores will take expire Kohl’s cash upto a week.
