I don’t see why not. It’s a gc same as cash.
Since you have to use a coupon to receive the GC they probably will not in store because they are both considered target coupons unless you spend $175.
It may let you online though.

Yes, you can. I use the Similac checks (it’s a form of payment) plus $2.00 off coupons that come in the sample cans our doctor’s office has. When you stack all 3 items, it makes Similac as cheap as store brand. However, if you use store brand already (like Target), this is an awesome deal. Their large containers are $20.00. That would make 5 of those for $75 after the $25 gift card.
