I saw this too. What a great deal! I got the complete Beatrix AND Winnie the Pooh books together for $17 something after tax. Would have been over $80 otherwise! My boys are a little young to appreciate them yet but for that price it’s worth saving!

Just a heads up for anyone who never read these as an adult. I just read them with my son and in one of them, his uncle beats his cousin Benjamin with a switch. That was;t the only part i wasn’t happy with my 2 year old reading, but just one example of how sometimes you should read the book first before buying or giving as a gift.

I think sometimes people just remember these from their childhood and the nostalgia, not the actual story or message. I don’t remember any of the content of these stories, but I remember the comfort of sitting on my mom’s lap and her voice reading the stories.
Another heads up… You can only buy 1 of the Complete Tales set. They have a quantity limit, so if you’re wanting to purchase for gifts, you can only do 1. No limit on the Classic Gift Set.
Bummer, right as I added the Beatrix Potter Complete tails it jumped to $21.99, it was $8.74 and with in seconds the price changes. The price is now $26.73 on Walmart. But maybe it will go back down going to watch the price! 🙂 Love these stories they are classics!
