The Debit card is tied to your existing checking account so you can also withdraw up to $40 at checkout in-store.
This is great!!
This is gonna get me in trouble. Target knows what they’re doing, little stinkers!
AWESOME…don’t tell my husband lol
LOL!
Online clearance should be nice
great! Wanting to get some wrapping paper for next year and my daughter’s birthday this march. I love the expensive stuff so this is great!
I just noticed Collins note that mentioned a “10% coupon on your RedCard anniversary”, I’ve never received one, have been a card holder forever, – how does one receive the coupon?
never received one either and I have a red card debit and credit card
A paper printed out at the register telling me to update my communication settings and subscribe to their emails to receive my anniversary coupon.
This is the first year I got one. It was emailed to me in November. I’ve hard the card for 7 years.
I just got a 10% off in November and I’ve had my RedCard debit card for 10 years. I was able to use it and 5% on top of that.
Target is bae lol! Awesome!! Plus employee discount!!!
Lucky!
How do I go about getting my paycheck automatically applied to my Redcard? 🤑🤑😝
Haha 😆 I know the feeling
You know they have a Target debit card works the same and comes out of the checking account you already have?
I always find online clearance frustrating. But if i save a bunch, it will be worth the frustration
I agree. The online clearance is often ‘out of stock.’ I rarely find anything to buy.
gee did everyone forget they were hacked a couple years ago and people’s accounts were drained? no thanks .Please do not link your debit card to Target or any other store.
Ebay and yahoo have been hacked; people still use them everyday. Equifax itself was breached! No one is safe really.
^^^ So true. I think it’s probably easier to list the companies that haven’t been hacked. That said, we got a Target credit card instead of debit card because we don’t want any store linked to our checking account.
If you had any idea just how many companies are hacked DAILY you would never go shopping again, that is IF you plan on never shopping at a store that was hacked. My husband worked in cyber fraud and he was constantly getting emails from places who were hacked. The big difference between Target and the other places is that Target made the news. They apologized, offered discounts to there customers, and tried to make things right by inhancing their card security features. Most of these places are hacked and never even disclose it to their customers KNOWING that they have been compromised. So, if you use a credit or debit card to pay for things you are just as vulnerable as the person shopping at Target. Sadly, that’s just the way it is now days.
Did you forget they offered free credit monitoring for anyone effected?
I can’t wait haha
Yay!!!
Omg! Target is really pushing sales! I’ve spent so much! Bf 20%(+ toy deal discount!), green Monday 20% and now after Xmas 20%! You’re killing me, lol!
I bought some of the Target gift cards when they were discounted. Can I use the Target giftcards to buy other giftcards, like for Starbucks or Bath & Body Works etc? Thx!
Does this combine with the extra 20% clearance clothing currently going on through 12/31?!
I’m guessing not, because that’s a cartwheel, and this offer looks like it’s online only. That was my first thought too, how awesome would it be if we could combine those!
yayayayayyy!
Off subject does anybody have a coupon from Target spend $50 get back a $10 gift card I have a $5 Amazon gift card to trade. Mommycoupon05 at gmail.com
Much better to have a credit card than debit card. Debit cards take money directly from your checking account. Much more easily hacked and have your checking account cleared out. Credit cards can be challenged if a purchase shows up that you didn’t make.
Is the 10% off every year on your anniversary for both the credit and debit card holders? I’ve had the debit card for a few years now, and I don’t recall ever receiving that offer!
