Valid question. I have seen other comments in the past where people say the card from eBay had a $0 balance. Double checking. Can never be too safe.
Yep, someone posted yesterday that bought an Applebee’s gift card from Amazon that had a $0 balance on it. I’m assuming there’s a way to get a refund if that happens.
