I bought tide and gain yesterday after I added the manufacturing coupon in the cvs app..it didn’t come off in my purchase 🙁 did I miss something? I thought it automatically shows up when I scan my card?
Were they the correct size?
I bought a lot of things this week that I had loaded coupons for on my card and they did not come off. I noticed before the transaction was finished so I could pull some printed ones and decided not to purchase some items. It was a real pain. I don’t know why some came off and some did not.
It happened to me a few times before. The cashier told me to call the customer service. Customer service in turn told me to call the manufacturer as they have a lot of issues and it’s not on CVS’ end. I just gave up 🙁
I have had this issue also, for the past few weeks. Agreed with you on customer service, normally they are super helpful. CVS should not offer this service if it does not function properly.
I bought the Tide pods, got the right item, and the digital coupon didn’t come off for me either. I have given up on CVS digital coupons.
Had the same experience with three different coupons loaded to my card last week. Thankfully the cashiers applied them manually after I showed them on my phone. Although, they rang one up for the wrong (lower) amount.
I have the same issues since beginning of Dec. A lot of my P&G digital coupons did not come off the receipt and also the B0G0 on the Hershey Cookie Layer Crunch digital coupon did not come off either. I called the Customer Service and was told to call back in 48 hours because they couldn’t see my receipt on the same day. I called back after 2 days only to let me know that they cannot do anything with manufacturer’s coupons. They can only help only if it’s CVS coupons. I stopped using CVS mfr. digital coupons after that because it becomes worthless when it doesn’t work.
I think it’s the CVS app, I have been having issues with their digital coupons, including the CVS ones that are $5 off $15 or $6 of $30 when sent to card, they do not come up or show (they do inconsistently) at the end of the transaction, so I print them instead
Usually one of the drug stores has the Prepaid Visa/MasterCard gift cards with free activation around this time of year. I haven’t seen it advertised this year though. Did I just miss it?

Digital coupons are a hit or miss. Last week the cashier saw 1 coupon but not another. I’ve been printing back ups to bring them with me but it’s a pain to double check everything at the register.
