Did anyone else have a problem with the 10 for $10 eye shadow collection they did on Black Friday? I got 9 various shades and 1 duplicate in my order and when I emailed customer service they said that was correct.
Can you just take it to the store to exchange? They have great CS in store. They canceled my eyeshadow order but sent me an email for me to go pick any 10 colors I wanted in store.

The get started kit has tiny sized products
Right, because the purpose is to “get started” with their products. It’s not meant to last long.
I buy these smaller kits when they are on sale bc generally they are cheaper than the full size even if those go on sale. Right now they have 1 oz skin longevity in a kit with 2 face washes for $21 or you can buy a 1.7 oz one for $55. So you can get 2 smaller ones with extras for less than the cost of a full size.
The free mini buki brush is very small and not that soft. I will throw it in my makeup bag for when I’m on the go.
I also had an Amex offer for BareMinerals for 10 off of 50 so I got two starter sets, lip rehab, the free mini brush, and the two Statement Matte Liquid Lipcolor in Fire and a Statement Luxe-Shine Lipstick because my total before the coupon was over 75. One of these starter kits is what got me started on Bare Minerals years ago! They are smaller sizes but great to try it out. I love their mineral powder foundation!
Sooo just a recent review… I ordered from bare minerals last time there was a great deal. I didn’t get a few of the free items. They were in cart at checkout, somehow didn’t show anywhere on invoice. I called customer service and was told they would be sending over the missing free items as a courtesy. They were able to back track free item offer dates. When those arrived it was missing 1 of the 3 free items. I called again and was told it was out of stock. No rain check, no replacement. It was seriously such a hassle. If you offer free with purchase items, send them! Don’t make customers keep calling. I assume that is their way to get out of sending free items. Bc of this I will never EVER order from this company. Products can be purchased elsewhere.
