So I placed my order over 12 hrs ago and I still haven’t received an order confirmation email. I did receive something from PayPal but nothing from the company. I hope it works out. Did anyone else have similar experience? 🌺
Luv, I just placed my order and did not receive and email confirmation yet. I’ve always received email confirmations right away when ordering on-line from other places. I will post back when I receive a confirmation.

update: I still have not gotten an email confirming the Zoya order I placed yesterday afternoon. This morning, I did log into my account I created yesterday on their site & it has my order info there. In the status area it says “approaching order” — whatever that means. Hoping it is confirmed since this is a great deal.
UPDATE: I just checked the status of my order and it say’s, “Pending Stock Availability “. I never received a confirmation email.
