One thing to note about this pan are the handles. I prefer fixed handles. The movable ones can be tricky to pick up when pulling out of a hot oven!

I completely agree about the handles. I have this roaster and at thanksgiving it was very difficult removing my turkey from the oven with oven mitts because the handles move. I did burn my hand in the process. Be careful using this type of roaster.
Agreed. And I would prefer a roaster with a lid.
Just got this roasting pan in the mail and there is a $5.00 mail in rebate on the inside of the packaging. I’m not sure if it’s still valid, but there is no end date, so I’m going to give it a try!
Christi-Just curious if Farberware ended up honoring your rebate submittal. I myself just ordered same, APR-18, not sure whether to submit rebate or not…
