How long do baby products last? Will this last over a year?
I love the cerave in the jars. I would say yes, this would probably last a baby a year as babies are tinge and this lotion goes a long way. It actually works really really well so honestly you’ll probably use less offer time. I’ve been using these products since 2009! My favorite by far.
Thanks for posting! Gonna try in the AM for the deal
You’re welcome!
You will have to buy three things to use three coupons at Walgreens in one transaction. The system will not take 3 coupons on 2 items. You’ll need to pick up a candy bar or something.
One of the coupons is a Walgreens store coupon that you can use for buying 2 items. So there will be 2 manufacturer coupons and 1 walgreens coupon applied to the 2 items — sweet deal! Thanks Hip2Save!
You’re very welcome!
How long do these baby items last? Will this product last over a year to 2 years?
I’ve used some a year later but not sure about two years. It might be okay.
I have the worst issues with these deals when they involve the Walgreens coupons and a manufacturer coupon. The last time, the cashier told me she had to scan the Walgreens one first and then it did take one of my other coupons but not both like it should have.
Aww, I’m so sorry that you’ve been having such trouble there. Maybe try talking with management next time, and also take the printed coupon policy with you. You should easily be able to stack Walgreens coupons and manufacturer’s coupons together! Hope that helps!
I just tried this same transaction with two lotions. After the $5/2 two it left a balance of $10.77. They tried to scan and (2) $4 Baby coupons from the paper and neither would scan. The man showed me the coupon policy that said he could not adjust the coupon because it was less than the product. One showed 7.49 and the other 2.49. He went and tried one of the more expensive products and it would not scan either. It was so embrassing. How did everyone get theirs to work?
Sorry to hear about your experience Audrey. Looks like this deal has now ended 🙁
Sara, I believe that the 3rd coupon is a Store coupon, and that the rule you are talking about only applies to needing to have as many items in a transaction as there are Manufacturer’s coupons, please correct me if I am wrong.
Yes! That’s correct that store coupons don’t count against the total. Hope that helps!
Could this deal be done more than once? We have a big family and rely on cerave products, especially during the winter months.
As long as you have enough of the coupons I think that would work. I don’t see a limit on the Buy 1, Get 1 50% off sale.
Thank you!
I have the worst luck with Walgreen’s. I tried to do this deal today. Fail…The cashier said that once she put in the Walgreen’s booklet coupon (which has to go first) that the 4 dollar coupon was too much for the cheaper item. She then implied that I was attempting coupon fraud by using the three coupons.
I hate Walgreens. let me repeat … I hate Walgreens. management included. a bunch of dummies for sure.
I tried to do this deal today myself and it was a no go.
let me explain.
the first cerave wrung up at $9.99 which is correct
then the second wrung up at 1/2 off $4.99 which is also correct, but then with the booklet coupon, from the Walgreen booklet ($5.00 off of 2) din’t even hand her the manufacture coupons yet, the cashier told me, she could only take one of the $4.00 cervave manufacture coupons, because then I would be only paying $2.50 and the coupon is for $4.00 off.
so I call the manager and he said agreed with the cashier.
after I checked out, I looked over my receipt. it shows the second ringing up at the 1/2 off deal so it showed $4.99.
I explained again to the manager that the item cost more than the value of the coupon. after going back and forth and re-explaining it like he was a 5 yr. old, he ultimately agreed I was correct. I told him the Walgreens coupon ($5.00 on 2) and the manufacture coupon ( and 2- $4.00 off of one) didn’t have any bearing on the item, since I’m still be paying out of pocket on both items. so in total used 1-$5.00 off of 2 in booklet and 2- $4.00 manufacture cerave coupons.
Walgreens store personal, act like the consumer is a thief, with these deals. let me repeat… I hate Walgreens, the only store that hassles me each and every time.
been couponing for over 45 years. i know how couponing works!
forgot to mention that I had purchased 12 other items so ratio to coupons was correct.
How does this lotion compare to Cetaphil cream? I’ve been using Cetaphil cream on my toddlers since they were born. I’m open to a high quality lotion/cream if I can pay less! 😅 Thanks for any info!!!
I like it even more!
i got 2 coupons in RP one each of 4 $ off, but only 1 applies to this product so can i use the same one coupon to get 8$ off or I need two coupons of each 4 $ off?
Hi there! You will need to use two of the $4/1 CeraVe Baby Products coupons found in the 1/7 RP to grab the $8 off.
thanks Amber
The baby ones that are 9.99 are not included in the bogo 50 % off sale at not in Oklahoma
Anyone had success with this deal?
Yes I have done it twice now. The insert coupon beeped and the cashier manually entered. The printable coupons went right through.
Hi,
Thanks to hip2save for savings always.
I have bought 2 cera ve lotion and bath shampoo for 14.98.
Applied manufacture coupon 3+3, and Walgreens $5. Now the total comes to 3.98+1.23(tax). I have ended up paying $5.21.
Can anyone please explain where I did wrong. As in th above post it says final price would be 1.98.
Thanks for your time
