Last month, the sales clerk at the makeup register handed me a beauty enthusiast bag when I asked if there were any coupons or free samples. So nice!
Awesome! The sales rep also gave me a free bag just for being nice. The customer before me demanded a bag from her, and she said they had run out. She gave me one for free even though I bought a non beauty item. I had no idea what it was until today when I read this post.
That’s so nice that she gave you one. She probably should have given one to the other person too though. Sometimes people aren’t nice because they’re going through something bad. Just my opinion. I used to work at a makeup counter and I would give samples to anyone who asked but some of the other reps were so stingy. We had dozens of makeup samples and a giant drawer filled with hundreds of perfume samples yet they would tell people who looked too grumpy, poor, or young that we didn’t have any if they asked. What’s up with that?
I completely agree! Kindness should be something we show to everyone….especially those who seem to need a little love.

I can’t figure out how to get store pickup and I really don’t want to pay shipping for a store that I can walk to in less than 5 minutes….. maybe I’ll just go in the store and hope they give me the beauty bag with my purchase

“-When you start the checkout process, we’ll check whether your order is eligible for Ship to Store. If your order qualifies, “FREE Ship to Store” will appear as an option during checkout. Simply:

Enter your contact information. If you’d like to someone else to pick up your order, select the alternate Pickup Person checkbox and enter their information. The Pickup Person’s information cannot be modified once your order is placed.

It seems not to work for me either. If I have over $20 after coupons it will add the bag but with just the 5 above items it doesn’t.

WALGREENS CHRISTMAS MARKDOWN IS NOW 70% OFF.
The clerk at Walgreens this morning told me that it was only food products that were 70% off. That is usually not the case.
I got 2 popcorn tins, an few candies, 4 large Disney mugs, and loads of tissue and gift bags. They all rang up at 70% off (give or take a penny). I hope your supplies are marked down too!

Is anyone else having issues with it getting to show “Ship to store”? No matter what I put in my cart it never gives me the option
You have to go almost to the end of checkout to review and submit before the option shows.
The free ship to store option did not show for me so I talked to the customer service and the rep told me that Heral Essences shampoo cannot be shipped to store just FYI to people trying this.
