Anyone else frustrated with Target suddenly having a “only ships with a $25 order” stipulation? I have a Red Card and still certain items will only ship if I reach the $25 minimum threshold. Super frustrating!
I wasn’t charged shipping for this order. The total was around $15 and I only have the debit red card.
