It is $19.88 for me.
We found a similar deal in store last Saturday. It came with the two smaller skillets and a griddle – not the large skillet. Even though there was a sign for $19.88 they were ringing up at $15.00.

I think it may depend on your store. When I first went to check out, the discount was there but it was for a random store in California. Now that I am trying the stores near me (Louisiana) none of them show the discount rate. : (
