Go to Your Subscribe & Save.
Hover over the subscription for the item you’d like to modify and click Edit.
You can change the frequency, the month you want to receive your next delivery, or the quantity of items.
Once you’ve selected your change, click Confirm.
Your subscription change will take effect on your next delivery.”

Is this better than costco?
Not sure about Costco, but I pay around $.40/ giant roll for the Member’s Mark brand at Sam’s Club. I bet Sam’s and Costco have similar prices.
