I ordered from this site and they shipped fast. Unfortunately the graphics on the bag I purchased were not what I would consider first quality. I returned the bag and even though I was supposed to be charged a return shipping fee, they refunded me in full right after my return was received. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again because of their great customer service.

Are the purses at ILD “seconds”? I was wondering because they have some of the same styles on their regular site for much more. How do they choose which ones go to the outlet site? Are they of the same quality? There MUST be some reason they are reduced so drastically. I’m tempted by the prices, but don’t want to end up with a broken zipper or blurry graphics on the bag!
