   oh and I picked up some Omega 3 while I was at it. I usually use Fortifeye that I purchase at my Dr but, with this sale, the price is so much better and it seems like a good product so I added it. The Fortifeye ( fortifeye.com) may be slightly better but, again, this seems pretty good and the cost savings convinced me. TY!

  Basically high fat, moderate protein, and low carb. A lot more to it than that, but that’s the basic premise. Used for weight loss and/or health benefits. A lifestyle, not a temporary diet (or you’ll gain the weight back).

    MCT is the best for burning fat and losing weight. I just checked, and the Trim Healthy Mama brand is $19.99. Heads up to new users: start out slow. It can cause (ahem) bathroom issues.
