Umm been to two targets and it’s regular price for the bars. So it’s 3.19- 15%= $2.66- $1.00= $1.66 still Good deal. Guess it’s Regional. Sigh. NV

Does anyone know if these are certified gluten free or made with certified gluten free oats? I can’t see the picture well enough to see if it has the “GF” certification.
It’s not certified gluten free and it says its a gluten free versions of oats.
