These shoes are incredibly poor quality. They have NO arch support. They will not last long. Better off wearing 4 pairs of socks.
Mary, Thanks for the feedback! I am a mom with lots of boys, so I wanted to run your comment by my husband. He developed plantar fasciitis a few years ago, and it’s hereditary in his family, so I wanted to get his feedback. He feels fine with me buying cheap shoes for our teen boys at this point because their feet are growing crazy fast. I have noticed that my boys go through a stage around age 13 where their feet grow like crazy for about a year. It is hard to keep them in shoes. Brand-name shoes would be cost-prohibitive. It seems like one day they are a size 7, and the next time I go shopping they are a 9 or more. I decided to go ahead and purchase a few pairs of these cheap shoes for my teens who still have growing feet. My oldest son is 17 and I think he’s done growing, so I’ve started looking for better quality shoes. They’ve been warned that they will need to take care of their feet. 🙂 Anyway.. that’s just my 2 cents on cheap shoes and teen boys. Ask me again in a few years, and maybe my opinion will be different, LOL!!!!!!!
These in expensive shoes are great to donate. There are many kids that wear shoes that are taped together and are too small. If these can be donated at least they get some relief.
I’m a nurse and I can’t stand the typical clog looking nursing shoes. I work in a busy hospital setting so shoes can get a little grimy at times. Last year I bought 2 pair of the women’s sporty looking sneakers for around $10 each and I am so happy I did. I wore a pair for about 6 months and then was able to switch to the other pair before they got too gross. They were comfortable and looked great. I’m glad I went with cheaper sneakers for work because frankly I wouldn’t want an expensive pair that lasted for years in that environment anyways, yuck 😷
I bought the grey ones pictured first for $9:00 online with free pick up today!
