Those Kitchenaid shears are junk. Not sharp for cutting at all. Couldn’t even find a sweet spot…not the inside, not the tip… very disappointing

OOH, if you don’t have one, order the Kitchen Aid mezzaluna w/sheath–love mine for everything from cutting pizza to making chopped salad. And much safer than those sliding types.

I have the kitchen aid sheers for about 2 years (they haven’t been sharped either) now and they are super sharp I use them daily they are amazing for cutting herbs and veggies.
