Bought a pair of coveralls for my husband, with free shipping. Several fall into the $20 back in points category. I also had $7 off $7 in free points for clothing so I did another transaction and got 3 pair of socks for $0.82 for myself,store pickup. I hope my Sears stays open!

I love these deals, but they make me crazy. I did one of the recent deals and had a nightmare getting their site to work. I had to place my order on the phone… A week later I learned that it was not coming due to a ” system glitch”. I was on hold a long time until they cancelled it and did a re-order. It is now on its way, but I got an email about the original order and had to call them. It has been super confusing. I think there is something wrong with their servers of something. Maybe they just are not up to date. The people are friendly, but it just gets super crazy…

Me too! I was really frustrated with them over the holidays…had some gifts sent to store for pick up and even tracked the deliveries to the store but somehow they can never find it once it gets there. Level of customer service depends on who takes the call, one nice lady resent the item to my home but I’m still waiting for a ready-for-pickup notification on a purchase I see was delivered to my store on Dec 14th. Hope they can get their act together before they go bankrupt.
I’ve had too many online orders not work out that I’m unwilling to ever do it again-even for freebies! I’ve ordered clearance items and my order got messed up and then the items were no longer available again AND they wanted to refund me in points when I payed debit!
