I love kohl’s and all the perks but I just noticed on my statement there interest rate is up 22% yikes. Don’t carry a balance it just wipes out the the discounts u think you are getting. 🙁
Yes! And a late payment is $25. So pay on time and in full in my opinion
I am lucky I have had my Kohl’s charge since 2001 and as long as I pay 1/3 of the bill each month I never pay interest! I have two payments that are at the top corner of my statement each month. One says minimum payment, other says to avoid interest. I was told by an associate to never get rid of my charge because they no longer offer that for new card holders, and that I will never get it back if I were to reapply. From time to time I carry a balance, usually around Christmas and as long as I pay 1/3 of bill I never ever pay interest! I consider myself very lucky!
They send out gift cards too for the amount of years you’ve been a card holder on your anniversary date with them. I think mine was $8 last year. I wonder how long it will go for tho ?

I got so many kohl’s cash and rewards last year, it seemed like every couple months I was getting one 🙂 they missed me shopping in their stores and online 🙂 I love the EOS mint balms so that is what I got mostly and love their sales on colorful Fiesta dishes.

Hmm… perhaps send them a message, Alli. I was pretty sure that as long as you had the Yes2You Rewards, gave them your birthday, and opted in for email communication that you would receive the Kohl’s cash via email. Hope that helps!
Although I have been a Yes2You Rewards member since the program started approximately 2 years ago, I have never received anything for my birthday; I do get the anniversary Kohl’s cash corresponding to the # of years that I have had my Kohl’s charge card (which this year think was 12 yrs=$12)
Same for me. I figured it out. They only send the birthday reward to MVC customers. I used to be one. You have to spend $600+ yearly. I used to get the birthday and anniversary coupons until I lost my MVC status. I don’t shop there as much because I find their stuff to over priced and lower quality than before.
I guess I’m done with Kohl s. I got a pair of slippers for Christmas and they definitely do not have no hassle returns. They basically took the slippers back but were trying to charge me to replace them. I threw the stupid $9 gift card away because I will NOT go in that store again. Ever.
Not to mention the people that were working there were way too rough. Like if I had protested, they would’ve started a fight. I’m done.

Yes, I agree. Their returns are not hassle-free. I only purchase things from there that I know I’m not going to return.
