I agree with this..
And in addition to what you said, Tilly’s clothing, despite the high original prices, are often extremely cheaply made. They often fit weird and/or fall apart.
On multiple occasions items I have purchased from them have arrived with stains or missing buttons.
The most recent issue I had with them caused me to make the decision to stop buying from them completely.
They did not answer emails from me that I sent to the customer service email listed on their website. I was emailing them there for over a month and I even got an automated response back with a reference number so I know it was the correct email address.
The only time I was able to get in contact with their customer service was after I called them out publicly on social media. Then I received a partial refund.

I always get interesting finds and awesome sales on Tilly’s and have never had an issue ordering/receiving an order. While their merchandise is not of the highest quality, it is great for the price. You can’t expect to get super high quality for low price. I love their lightweight materials, everything is always so comfortable. I have been buying from them for years and will continue to buy from them.
I tried to order Disney Shoes from Tilly’s when they were on sale. My order went through. A month later still no shoes. It took weeks to finally get a hold of someone. Then they told me the shoes were sold out. Then it took about a week to finally receive a refund. Terrible customer service. I would never deal with them again no matter what kind of sale they had.
