Most do require signups in advance, so be sure to enroll in the designated rewards programs NOW so that you’ll have the rewards ready to go when your birthday comes around. My bday was just yesterday and honestly, I couldn’t take advantage of all the great deals for myself so my kids have been enjoying them too! Culver’s gives a free one scoop Sundae, Grimaldi’s gives you $20 credit toward an order (essentially a free 18” pizza with one $2-3 topping), Sonic gives a free small shake, Jamba Juice gives a free small smoothie. Sprinkles offers a free cupcake. Aunt Annie’s Pretzels gives a free pretzel. DQ a free small blizzard. And this one isn’t straight up free, but Land’s End gave me a code for $50 off a $100 purchase, which is virtually 50% off if you can manage to stay right around $100!!

Also, having ordered from Urban Decay during the year on one of H2S tips, I received a birthday coupon for a free 8-hr powder highlighter. IT is redeemable online or in Ulta, since I was already in Ulta getting their birthday freebie, they redeemed the UD and even the staff oohed and aahed over the full-size freebie! Applebee’s sends a free entree coupon that good during your birth month. Victoria’s Secret sent a $10/$10 coupon which I think is also good just during your birth month.
Applebee’s must vary by region. I only get a free dessert with an entree purchase. :/
Also, VS used to send me a $10 coupon, but now it’s only if you’re an Angel cardholder.

Always keep in mind, these offerings are subject to change at any time. The iHOP and Buffalo Wild Wings already have, for me anyway. I don’t recall what iHOPs offer was off hand, but I didn’t redeem it last year, because it wasn’t a free meal anymore.
Also, my bday is in Sept and I still got a free snack size wings, but hubby’s is in Oct and he only got a $5 off $25 coupon.
I didnt see the best of them all listed, Aveda stores and certified salons offer a great gift…in past had included a full size purefume lotion and last 2 yrs had been a smaller but still generous compostion oil!
