I have this and love it! also have 2 other sharks, another rocket lightweight and maybe a navigator. got the first 2 from kohl’s on a kohl’s cash special in a dec and jan, these seem to be the best times to get one. this is a good deal on them. owned one for maybe 2 years and the other for almost 4——pricing the cordless version now, may buy that straight from shark. the 4yr old one is just starting to act up, will spit out the dirt right at the last bit of cleaning, might send it in under the 5 yr warranty, gotta call first, might be normal wear and tear not sure. the 2 yr old one did this when a 2 inch piece of cardstock was stuck in it. I recommend their vacuums all the way though—–really picks up a lot of dirt.
I have 2 Shark vacuums n a handheld. Love them all. Loyal to this brand.
