   just warning of the possibility. I ordered a couple of these a month or so ago and the order was cancelled. not a big deal nor a huge surprise but its possible it’ll happen again so I thought I’d throw it out there.

  Exact same thing happened to me as well. I also ordered in Dec and nothing came. I got a cancellation email a month or so later.

  Same thing happened to me a few months ago, got the adult ones but kids sizes were canceled. I’m going to try again because my girls were bummed! crossing my fingers

  Ditto. I ordered 4 and only received 1 after MANY weeks, then the order was canceled.

   In December I ordered 4 bra’s during their Buy 2 get 2 free promo. I got the first 2, then they cancelled the 2 free ones. I looked online and the cancelled bras were in stock. I asked them to reinstate the order and send me the free bras. They said that wasnt possible but I could place a new order. Not very impressed with Hanes or their customer service.

   good luck getting the items you ordered, i got 2 out of the 4 items i ordered. I ordered 2 of the kids sweaters and 2 adult ones and only receives the adult ones, they cancelled the kid ones

   My order was on backorder for weeks and then cancelled. Never saw the refund and it wasn’t worth chasing for $4.

    I ordered one for my son and one for my husband, under $10 total, in December and got both, in a reasonable amount of time, too.

    Same here. I ordered two each for my kids and 2 each for my husband and I. Received the two for my husband after weeks, one for me that runs very small; and the ones for my kids were cxd after being on “back-order” forever. So not impressed with Hanes!

    It’s easy to go the thrift store and buy a cheap sweater and make your own ugly sweater and make it as ugly as you want .. I was able to make one under $6 I got stuff from the 99 cent store and dollar tree.

    I was just going to post that the free shipping code is still working this morning. Yippee! Then I read all the comments…..CRAP.
