I have been wanting to try them and finally did and I love it. I sleep so much better and my neck doesn’t hurt when I wake up. I am going to order two more of them. This is a good price!
They are great pillows, wash extremely well and pop in dryer excellently. We pop in dryer between washing and I think they’ll last until the next millennium! They scrunch up for support and really do keep their shape! My brother travels with his. My husband uses it because he has GERD and loves the support. They are made of little chunks of some sort of foam so their not for everybody if you don’t like that idea, but overall our family loves them.
We have 2 of the premium king size pillows and absolutely love them! We have had them about a year and a half and they hold up well to washing. You definitely want to follow their suggestion of washing them every 3-4 months to keep them fluffy. They bounce right back like new!

There was a gift card box before choosing payment and that’s where I put my code and it worked.
This is the norm. Most places don’t let you use discounts w/pp. You have to choose a different payment method.
It is under gift code. I just used it with PayPal.

anyone have a recommendation about firm vs. medium? I am a side sleeper and like a fair amount of support, but worry that firm might be too much…

I am a side sleeper and I bought medium, from QVC and they’re lumpy and not firm enough. I am going to order the firm from this site and see if its better.
actually. I just went and looked. The 2 pillows I bought from QVC were Medium / Firm. BOTH are LUMPY and my head falls between 2 lumps.
NOT a fan. I canceled the zullily order.
I ordered them a couple years ago and got the firm. Fine at first when you go to bed and then your head sinks into the filling and you have to keep adjusting it. Not a fan and wish I would have returned it immediately. Now it sits on the shelf unused and I paid alot more for it.

Regarding which firmness to buy, “medium” and “firm” don’t match up with the My Pillow website’s color coded system. Many women, being smaller than men, would need a yellow or white coded firmness – which likely would be a less firm pillow than those being offered on zulily. I also find it interesting that the dimensions of the Zulily queen pillow are not the same as the standard/queen pillow offered on the My Pillow website. MP doesn’t even offer a pillow that is 30 x 18.5. Theirs are 26 x 16.5.
I use a contoured foam pillow to support my neck. Can anyone tell me if these would support in the same manner?
In my humble opinion, save yourself the money and stick with the contoured foam. The filling on these pillows shifts and you have to constantly keep adjusting it. I ordered the firm for neck support and wish I would have sent it back. I have a contoured foam pillow that I ordered from Kohls and it is much better for neck support.

Josie is right, the my pillow sizing is color coded, not medium or firm. So what is going on?
I am not sure which firmness to order either? Anyone have any advice? Premium Firm or Premium? I am guessing the Premium is less firm than the Premium Firm? Does that sound right? I might just order one of each then my husband and I can try them out! It is confusing but I have had neck pain everyday this week and have been searching for the perfect pillow for 3 years now! I ordered some from zulily and got a firm and a medium. My hubs and I thought they were both a bit too full for us, so I emailed my pillow and the offered to switch them out for us. I’m still waiting for my replacement to arrive but they said it was in the mail and that I should return mine as soon as the replacement arrives.
I would not recommend these pillows. They’re filled with memory foam clusters, are uncomfortable, and are not supportive.

I know that the My Pillow Classic has a medium or firm option, which these may be, just because the new premium have a color system.
FWIW, I purchased one for my 9 year old. He had a severe sensory disorder and I never give up trying to find things for him that “feel good.” The firm pillow was a HUGE success for him.
We were a little skeptical when it arrived; however, after one night, my son was a fan!
This pillow might not be right for everyone, but it made our lives a little easier and had brought us peaceful slumber!

I absolutely LOVE them. On the other hand, I have recommended to extended family members who have not been as enthusiastic about them.
One thing I did read in a review was someone that thought they hated the MyPillow threw it across the room and left it. I think a pet might have slept on it and so that reviewer washed it and put it in the dryer. Tried the pillow again and changed their mind, now the reviewer liked it.
When it comes I think the directions are to put in the dryer to fluff up. After reading that reviewer’s experience I went through the whole washing and drying from the beginning. I really like mine. I own more than one. Sometimes I even travel with it because I like it that much.
Does anyone have any suggestions which is better for a side sleeper a firm or medium premium pillow?

My husband ordered these from the my pillow website and they are not a good fit for him(or me). As someone commented above, they are filled with shredded foam and are definitely lumpy. Returning them was a pain, so now we have yet another set of pillows no one wants to use
