I was having same problem. An online search suggested turning up the brightness when taking picture/scan. Worked perfect for me.

Is anyone else having trouble finding the sign in on iPhone accessing website? I can never find the log in.
Yes! When that happens I go to settings on my IPhone, then Safari, then Clear history and website data. That usually does the trick for me and I am able to login. Hope that helps!

I know what codes from 12 packs are but I am sadly out of the loop with this one.

Here is how they describe a Sip & Scan Icon in the FAQ – “The new sip & scan icon is found on your favorite Coca-Cola beverages and in various locations, such as the label, in-store signage or cups. Look for the icon, go to the associated website and use your smartphone to scan.” Also, be sure to click through the link in the bottom of the post for any additional details! Hoping that helps!
I have tried everything and I can’t get it to work it’s really frustrating. For those who don’t know this Skip and scan icon is like a little Bullseye looking thing that’s on some of the products if you have an older bottle that might not be on there.
Sorry to hear of the troubles! Maybe try restarting your device OR, as another reader suggested, turn up the brightness on your phone to see if that might help the scan feature. Hoping it works for you soon!
Coke Rewards had a few different rewards around Christmas, one being a $5 Amazon gift card (a physical card not the ecard) that said would be mailed in 8-10 weeks. Anyone received theirs yet?

Hubby and I didn’t get the card, but got an eGift card today.
The Amazon cards were codes sent to your email address associated with your Coke account. I had no issues getting any of my card codes. Also won a bear.

Nope- haven’t received mine either-glad to know it’s not just me! A long wait for $5- much prefer the e gift card- seems like it would be cheaper for them to send it electronically vs paying for postage and the paper to print it on-
I was able to scan mine in after much trying. Sometimes it took a while and I would come back later to try again. Eventually they all worked. I had looked online for icons plus kind hip2save friends sent me icons to use. I appreciate the help very much. Leave your email if you are interested in trying the icons I have🙂. Also you scan the Mello Yello icon twice. Found that out from browsing the web.

This is a weird promotion. So you scan an icon? Are they on coca cola freestyle machines in fast food restaurants?
If the store have good data connection, flip the box and you’ll find the icons. I allowed my phone to adjust and then snapped the image. Or if you don’t want to go store, find them online. It worked for my and hubby’s account. Easy $10 gc

This is the best coke rewards because I didn’t have to buy anything. I was able to get the logos from online and took a picture of fuze, mello, Coke, Diet Coke, and real life Coke. It must be all about lighting. I did it on hubby and my account. Thanks Coke!
where’d you find the scan photos online…i’ve done many searches but can’t find more than just the classic coke one??
I used google. Search word is mellow yello icon, diet coke sip icon, coke sip icon and etc. Click on Images to view. There are multiple for you to pick out. I used another smart phone to take a picture of it. Then I used my phone to scan. I had to try a couple times because of bad lighting or the image was too big or small. It’s good to use a smart phone to take the picture so you can expand the image as needed.

Well I feel dumb but what APP are you all scanning on? All that shows up in the APP store for me is a coke rewards in another language and Coca-Cola freestyle.

I’ve only been able to find 4 of 5 brands for the sip and scan icons. I can’t seem to find any for Fanta, Seagrams, Mello Yello, or Fuze.

can someone tell me how long it takes after you put in all your codes to get your gift card
The Target offer is broken, I completed the 5 sip & scan days ago and never got the rewards to claim, already contacted coke and they said, are working to fix the problem.
The $5 target gift card never appeared under myrewards gift box in my account to claim so I contacted Coke. They said there was a lot of fraudulent activity with this offer and because I didn’t “count the correct number of icons”, very sorry but I will not receive the gift card. If you haven’t received a gift card yet, you might as well forget it
I just did a search of my email to see if I had a response and I had gotten the same thing on 3/21.
We have seen a tremendous response to our sip & scan™ Scavenger Hunt Offer; much more than anticipated. Unfortunately, some of the activity has been fraudulent. If you have not yet received your $5 Target Gift card, we have determined you did not complete the correct amount of scans to receive the offer.
We are sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.
Not worth fighting about it now even though I feel like I did do the 5 scans.
