I have this and love it. I would recommend.
I mainly use it to make shopping lists by voice, play music, internet inquiries and set cooking alarms.
Couple cons are: 1. cannot edit shopping list by voice (once an item is on the list it can only be deleted using the app on my phone) 2. Asking for a specific song, she will say its only available from Google Play plus $. It will however play a similar free song. 3. Alarm is hard to deactivate by voice because its hard to speak in between the short bells, but you can wave your hand over the device to get a pause in the alarm bells.

Will this allow me to interface with Phillips Hue via google assistant? I currently have hue but no google home stuff….

I got 2 of these free with best buy orders before Christmas. We gave one to the babysitter and we kept one. Kids love to play music on it and Ask Google silly questions 😀. It play music from the default app you set up in setting (goggle play, pandora, you tube).
I got this back in December when it was free with a waffle iron maker! We love it, sound quality is great and can’t wait to use it for summer cookout etc later this year!
