Can I use points to do this?
Hi there! If using points for a purchase you will not likely earn points in return.
I love this service. It was SO nice to use while Christmas shopping and not having to get all my kids out in the cold and drag them through the store!
Me too!
That does sound nice Laura! I hate running to and from the car with kids when it’s freezing out! Thanks for the feedback!
Here’s the fine print. Just don’t buy jewelry or auto parts, I guess:

Thanks for this!
Thanks for the helpful comment! Good to know!
I deleted the Sears app from my phone… it was CONSTANTLY popping up with a “Sears app has stopped working” message, even when I wasn’t using the Sears app (or didn’t intend to be using it). so when I was trying to do something else, I kept getting interrupted. I just gave up on the app.
Me too!!! I was trying to checkout and it kept closing I chunked my phone “life proof is well worth the money” tried again and guess what AGAIN!!!!
Can I use my points to pay and still get points?
Hi Karen! You will not want to use points when paying for your purchase or you will likely not earn points in return. Hope that helps!
Don’t use points to pay people, you can’t ever use points to earn points. HTH
you can use some, but you must spend the minimum amount (in this case $10) So if the item costs 12.99 for example, you can use 2.99 in points and still get the offer because you are spending $10.
It’s so awkward entering the make and model for vehicle pickups! “Schwinn 12 speed” 🙁
LOL!
Hahahah
All of the Sears close to me have closed in the last couple years.
Their vehicle pick up is so convenient with kids!
I never mind going into sears as they have a parking spot right by the kiosk 🙂 They guys that get my order are always so nice and Ive never had an issue. Until last Saturday night. I went into the store later than normal because my husband and I were out running around so it was about 7 or 8pm. They close at 9pm. My husband went into the store and was looking at tools and I put in our info and was waiting for my order. The man finally comes out (I have never seen him before) and he was very mean and aggressive. He clearly didn’t want to get my orders. He was having trouble finding one of my orders so he had to go to the backroom again. My husband walked over and I told him to stay that I didn’t feel comfortable with the guy. When he returned with my order he was complaining about how he only works one day a week so it’s not his fault how things aren’t organized but he also was much nicer with my husband there. This area is to the back of the store and I wont go do that alone because it was actually and little bit scary.
